Tax Treatment Income Tax

A gross income payment of 7% will be made after the end of each Annual Observation Period as long as the close of business level of each Index remains within the lower (4750 for FTSE 100 and 1150 for S&P 500) and upper limits (7050 for FTSE 100 and 1700 for S&P 500) on each day during the Annual Observation Period. If on any day during an Annual Observation Period, the close of business level of one or both Indices is below its lower limit or above its upper limit, no income payment will be paid for that particular period.

The return of your original investment is not dependent on the performance of the Indices. Capital will be returned in full at the Maturity Date, subject to Counterparty Risk.
