Lehman Brothers Distributions - Receiving your distributions

Lehman Brothers Treasury B.V. (“LBT”) has confirmed that it will be making its Final Distribution to those creditors who did not receive Substitute Notes on or around 2nd May 2019. This includes Meteor. The distribution rate will be 2.2093% of the LBT claim valuations. Once the distribution has been made, we will receive no further distributions from LBT but will continue to receive distributions from LBHI in respect of the Class 5 Guarantee Claim in respect of LBT securities. Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. (“LBHI”) paid its seventeenth distribution on 5th April 2019. The rates were a little under 0.09% for the Class 5 Guaranteed Claim and a little over 0.11% for the Class 4A Claim. They are the lowest rates it has paid to date. The distributions have been allocated to individual Accounts and, where we have received bank account details, forwarded to customers.
The LBS estate has been wound down and no further distributions are payable from LBS.
