Top Ten Kick-Out Plan 2KICK-OUT
A 6 year investment with the potential to pay out early, dependent on the performance of the top ten companies in the FTSE 100 Index (by Index Weighting) as at 10 June 2010. It will provide a growth payment of 19% (not compounded) for each year the capital is invested provided at least eight of the ten shares are at or above their respective Opening Levels on any anniversary. Capital is protected provided three or more of the companies do not close more than 50% below their respective Opening Levels at maturity. The counterparty is BNP Paribas, which has a long term credit rating of 'AA' with Standard and Poor's (at 10 June 2010).
