- Investment returns linked to the performance of the Hang Seng China Enterprise Index ('HSCEI') and the iShares MSCI Brazil Index Fund (iShares Brazil Index') ('the Indices')
- Early maturity can be triggered on any of the first 4 Plan anniversary dates provided both Indices are at or above their respective Opening Levels. In this case capital will be returned in full plus a growth payment of 12% for each year your capital has been invested in the Plan
- 100% capital return provided the Final Levels of both Indices do not close more than 40% below their respective Opening Levels
- The capital and investment return of the Plan is dependent on the counterparty being able to make the payments due from the Plan
- The counterparty is Rabobank, which has a Standard & Poor's long term credit rating of 'AAA', as at 5 March 2010
- In addition it is important to remember that the value of stock market investments such as this, can and do fall, as well as rise
- For 2090/10 ISAs the closing date is 1 April 2010
- For 2010/11 ISAs the closing date is 27 April 2010

This investment could be suitable as part of an investment portfolio for investors who
- understand and are happy with emerging market equity based investments, and
- are able to invest for a period of up to 5 years, and
- are prepared to accept a degree of risk to their capital in return for a higher potential growth than would be available via a similar Plan linked to more established markets/indices, or deposit based investment

Investment Term
5 years and 14 days, with the potential for early maturity on any of the first 4 Plan anniversary dates if both the Indices are at or above their respective Opening Levels.
Availability
As direct investments, stocks and shares ISAs, ISA transfers (including former PEPs), and for pension funds, trustees, companies and charities. Not available for residents of the United States, the Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg.

Investment Return
If, on any annual measurement date, both Indices are at or above their respective Opening Levels, the Plan will mature returning a full repayment of capital plus a growth payment of 12% (not compounded) for each year the Plan has been in force. If the levels of one or both Indices is below its Opening Level on the anniversary date, the Plan will continue for another year.
If the Plan runs for its full five-years, the investment return will be 60% as long as the Indices are at least equal to their Opening Levels at close of business on 30 April 2015. If one, or both levels are lower there will be no investment return payable.
Counterparty Risk
The securities will be issued by Rabobank, a major financial institution with a long term credit rating of 'AAA' by Standard and Poor’s as at 5 March 2010. The credit rating is subject to change during the offer period and the term of the investment.
If the financial institution were to fail to meet the repayments due to you, you could lose some or all of your investment. Counterparty risk is common to all similar investments.
Tax
Under current tax legislation gains on assets held in an ISA will be free from any tax, while gains on direct investments will be subject to Capital Gains Tax. Details of ISA & PEP scheme merger & other changes are available on the HMRC website.
Interest
Interest will be credited on subscriptions received and held in our client account up to the investment date, subject to a de minimis limit of £10.
Charges
There are no initial or ongoing charges. Charges are included in the pricing of the investment.
Early encashments and transfers during the investment term will be subject to an administration charge.

Securities will be structured to provide the returns shown in the plan brochure, and purchased for each investor. These may be notes, warrants, shares or deposits depending on the nature of the investment.
