To Meteor, treating customers fairly is more than just an FSA Principle, it is part of the sound foundation on which our business is being built. We aim to develop strong, lasting relationships with our customers and clients, be they advisers, individuals, pension funds or corporate entities.

We will always seek to produce clear literature that enables potential investors to easily understand how our products work. We believe in this commitment not just at the outset but throughout the term of any investment and, we hope, beyond. We provide regular, clear statements to clients, and up to date indicative pricing of all retail products in issue on our website. In addition we will alert our investors, and/or their advisers, to any information and issues we think are of importance to their investment. Customers can ask us for information at any time – either by e-mail, phone, fax or letter.
