Since graduating from the University of Warwick in 2001, Robin has gained a wealth of experience working within various areas of the financial services industry. Initially, Robin was involved with the administration of group and personal pensions for a leading UK life company. He then progressed to be a sales representative for one of the UK's largest IFA and brokerage firms, driving the development of a new area of the business selling annuities and term life products.

Since 2004 he has specialised in structured investment products. Working on the operational side of the business, he has gained a wide range of experience within investment administration, client accounting, compliance, system development and complaint handling. He has been instrumental in the creation and implementation of Meteor's systems and procedures and has developed a team of highly skilled individuals who provide both a good knowledge of investment products and an in-depth understanding of all aspects of client servicing, with the key consideration of Treating Customers Fairly.
